About us

This property has two floors and a total of eight rooms. The recently renovated building complies with all safety regulations, certificates and inspections. In addition, the building has a low EPC value of 123, which means it is very energy-efficient. Outside there is an inner courtyard with a bicycle shed and smoking area. Although the building is located in a quiet area, you are still close to everything: from a supermarket and butcher's shop to a newsagent and hairdresser... All within walking distance!
